Thane & Amanda {Engaged} Choteau, MT

Thane & Amanda are a very special couple!  One of my favorite parts of their love story is that I had a role in how it all began.  One of Thane's roommates and I planned their first introduction and date! I am quite proud of the fact that their first date has since blossomed into a budding romance and engagement!

I have known Amanda for over 5 years.  In fact she was my kiddo's first babysitter when we moved to Butte, MT. She is amazing with children and my kids ADORE her.  My almost 4 year old little boy is less than thrilled with Thane stealing his Amanda! We met Thane when he moved to Butte to attend MT Tech where my husband and I are the directors of Chi Alpha, a Christian ministry on campus.  He has been a blessing and encouragement to us. We celebrate his recent graduation from Tech as an engineer and now his engagement to Amanda.  What a fun season in life!

I am honored that they have chosen me to capture their love through photos and cannot wait for their January wedding!  They chose to have their engagement session outdoors at Thane's family's property just outside of Choteau, MT. Montana has so many beautiful locations and their property is truly one of the most stunning places I have ever ever seen.  It is like a wonderfully kept secret.  I am beyond excited about their engagement pictures!

Dustin & Shelby {Married} Bozeman, Montana

Dustin & Shelby kicked off my 2014 wedding season with so many beautiful moments. Shelby was an absolutely stunning bride and Dustin made a very handsome groom. They are suited so perfectly for one another.  They are kind and make those around them feel special. I am so honored to have had the privilege to be a part of their wedding day. I was invited into some very intimate moments that only the two of them shared such as the touching moment they spent together before their wedding reading the Bible together, but not yet seeing one another until after the ceremony.  It is one of my favorite pictures from the many that were taken on their wedding day.

One of the things that I love about weddings is that at the end of the day I feel a part of my bride and groom's families. I am always a little sad to say good-bye to the family and friends that shared in their day and invited me to join them.

Dustin & Shelby, I pray God's best over your marriage and all that the future holds. May you experience God's love, provision and direction in the years ahead. I pray that your marriage will reflect the love of Jesus in every circumstance and that your love for Him and each other will continually grow. Congratulations & best wishes!
